The HiFan jar sealer kit draws air out of the mason jar, creating a vacuum seal to keep food fresh. These jar sealers are compatible with both regular and wide-mouth mason jars.
The jar sealer kit is also compatible with FoodSaver and other vacuum sealer machines. Additionally, it supports manual sealing of mason jars. The manual vacuum pump included in the kit acts as a portable vacuum sealer, allowing you to take it with you on travels or picnics.
Please note that the manual vacuum pump should not be connected to the hose, as the incompatible calibers may affect the tightness and damage the pump's silicone ring, reducing its lifespan.
The package includes two jar sealers, an accessory hose, an adapter hose, a manual vacuum pump, four mason jar lids, and a bottle opener. The bottle opener can be used to open the lids more easily, making them reusable, as well as for opening other bottles.
If you encounter any issues with the sealing process, please ensure that the mason jar's mouth is clean and dry before pumping. You can also try loosening the jar sealer slightly before pulling it out, and rotating it slowly and vertically. If the sealing still fails, you may need to try a new canning lid.
